I LOVE SYDNEY is an in the moment, very spontaneous film, a la Jim Jarmuch “Coffee and Cigarettes” style, without the coffee or the cigarettes, it’s the story of 5 Australian friends from 5 different parts of the world, Brazil, Russia, Vietnam, USA and Egypt, in the New Years Eve night, going through various conversations and reflections about the recent dramatic and funny events of the year, while waiting for their dinner in a Thai restaurant.
